    Trying another batch with wine I have clearing and will dilute a little more than last time and see how it goes just making regular fruit wine vinegar looks to be right around eight or nine % I know it's not going to be malt vinegar but I'm trying again thanks for any tips

    Same here I keep it cleaned out not stirring in any oxygen and just scooping it and tasting not sourness bottled.it worked my tip is never get lot of oxygen in fermented jar as you scooped yeast and if taste sours well I have lost some bottling as fermentation runs it caused oxygen and rot mold...
