Too rounded at the bottom to be Devils Tongue. All my Devils Tongues are sharply pointed. Has more of a typical rounded edge Hab shape to me.

Are you using ferts and at what ratio? If your fert has the first number higher than the second switch that up, reduce the nitrogen and increase the Phosphorus. Could be something else too.

The tap root may not have enough depth, which I assume would still be considered root bound just not around the sides. A thought.
