You can stack shoes on top of each other in the closet. You can't do that with plants :)

It sounds like you have some mold growing. From my experience it is due to over watering. Try spraying some chamomile tea in there. Do you have a fan on those plants yet? It helps thicken up the stalk and would help with your mold situation

Nice... Well FDA only cares about the food being healthy enough to eat. On the other side if the fish tastes good I would rather pay $3 a pound I am paying now then have it its DNA tested and it costing $5 a pound.

Any luck getting the seedlings to perk up? I had a thought that you might be suffocating the poor seedlings. If you haven't already you should pop open the clear plastic with a pencil to get some air in there(maybe only an inch or so). I would do that for a day or two. Then get some air...
