  They do make a good stir fry - they are good after they turn red also (if you can leave any on the plant that long !)

  I do the same -- or place on an old window screen to dry as it allows airflow on both sides so they dry quickly - Slower drying will not hurt anything but does allow a bit more time for mold spores to develop which could be a problem if you place in a plastic baggie before they completely dry.

  Also IIRC you need to remember to enlarge the image (click on + sign) first if it is being shown at a smaller than full size before the copy image step - otherwise you'll just get the smaller size image copied and pasted rather than full size.
