Well diluted fish ferts are some of the best stuff you can give small seedlings IMO. Odor goes away pretty quick for me.

I'll take one big plant over two small ones any day. Bigger pods, more heat and usually, in the end, more pods to boot. The extra plant just gets in the way. Kind of like capitalism vs socialism - let the strong survive and thrive. Either split them early and grow more, or cull the weak one.

That should work although your temps might be a little high. Ideal is around 80F IMO. Maybe poke some holes in your lid. I think you went overkill on the soaking - I just soak mine for a minute in regular old well water before planting.

If you water from the top, don't miss any days and let them dry out, especially ungerminated seeds. I've always watered mine from the bottom, less work IMO. Once they get transplanted to solo cups and have a lot more medium to live in, then I water from the top every 3-4 days.

Hey Rich, if you grow all those Brain Strain seeds Cappy sent over, you'll have enough pods to invade a country. A normal person wouldn't even eat one bite out of one pod. A maniac would only grow one plant. For those who grow more than one, I don't have a word for that yet.
