Whats the difference between making a hot sauce from fresh peppers vs fermented peppers?

Decided to change it up a bit. Went to walmart and spent about $20 and made this awesome little grow box I found on youtube. Keeps temperature around 85. I also decided to add another ghost pepper solo cup. The one in the middle have three seeds, top right has one and was sowed about 4 days ago...

I'm new so I'm not sure where to post some stuff. Went to walmart and found a 4 pack of 23watt bulbs. Came home and made this which only took about 20 minutes. The best thing is that it cost less than $30! Keeps temperature between 82 and 88 degrees.

I have two single 60watt lights and need a grow lightbulb for each. Does anyone have any reccomendations to certain bands or anything like that?
