When i made Black Dog I just melted a bunch of 70% cocoa dark chocolate with a little farm butter in a saucepan over some boiling water. When it got runny enough I mixed it in with my chilli vinegar well under pH mix - worked out really nicely.

I make 'pain' & 'pain2', also come out with experiments now & then like my plum sauce & Black Dog - all can be searched up in this forum or on google under the Alphanerdz name. Websites still a ways off.

Yeah I still hold out hope. A Normal parcel is quoted as taking 9 working days, Ive had a few take a week longer but have never lost a parcel. Given mail strikes, bad weather, holidays & the crazy amount of mail this time of year it's hard to tell when a long wait is too long.
