Well, CaJohn is in NM for the FF show. I'd say to call him towards the end of next week and see what he can do! I highly recommed this sauce.

I have a bottle of CaJOhns "10" Naga sauce now. It is unreal HOT. BUt man is it good. Definitely the hottest non-extract I have ever had. HIGHLY recommneded

Well, I was lucky enough to get ahold of this today, and let me tell you it is HOT. Much hotter than Talon. Hottest non-extract sauce I ever had. And.... it's good! Takes a little bit for the heat to come on, but it stays for a while. For all going to NM - make sure you try this!

Then try CaJohns Fatalli Fire!!!

I agree for the most part about extract sauces - but Talon is no extract sauce. Just Red Savinas and Fatallis....

And if you are selling it,you need to make sure the PH os less than 4.2 (preferrably less than 4.0 )

That was my point ;) I know three kinds of chili heads 1. Ones that only buy for consumption 2. One that colect and consume (sometimes buying a ottle to eat and collect if feasible) 3. And the rare one that will only collect (this is a dying breed :rolleyes: )
