    Roach vs judy's 7pod brown

Ed, I have a question. How would a pepper such as brown 7 pod compare to a sauce like Da Bomb Final Answer? I had an ice cream spoonful of Final Answer ( a bit less than a teaspoon) and it was quite painful. So how would a whole 7 pod brown compare heat and painwise with a small spoon of Da...

    blair's ultra death

I recently bought a bottle of Blair's Ultra Death directly from Blair's site. I heard not only did this have great heat but pretty good flavor as well. Here's my take on it: First of all the sauce is pourable at room temperature but it will thicken substantially when refridgerated. The flavor is...

chinense PexPeppers vs Chad S's chocolate habanero

Another good video. I have eaten a lot of hot sauces (hottest being da bomb's final answer) but not a lot of chili peppers. My question is how do the hottest sauces compare painwise with the hottest chilis. For example what seemed more painful to you the Mad Dog 357 silver or the butch t?

Great review. I haven't tried the 1%er but I have owned the jolokia havoc. That was very hot and very flavorful. Anyone else try jolokia havoc?

review Melinda's Red Savina Sauce Review

Today I am going to review Melinda's Red Savina Sauce. I got this partly because the Red Savina is my favorite pepper for hot sauces and also because I never tried anything from the Melinda range. This sauce is a good one, no doubt about it. The consistency is very thick and chunky. i don't know...

hot-sauce Ring of Fire Original Habanero sauce

It's been a long time since I commented on this board, but today I am going to review one of my favorite sauces, Ring Of Fire Original. First of all it's a big bottle, 12.8 ounces instead of the usual 5 ounce. The flavor is really something. It smells and tastes a lot like chilli believe it or...

    Hot Peppers vs. Hot Sauces

It's weird, I have been eating Cajohn's Talon sauce regularly and then the other day I ate a hungarian wax pepper ( Those are only what 10,000 scovilles? ) and the pepper actually seemed as hot as Talon even though we know Talon has a higher SHU.

review Review: Mad Dog 357 Collector's Edition

This is the one with the bullet and packs 600,000 scoville units. The sauce comes with a beautiful label which has a disclaimer written on it. It also says "Made with 6 million scoville pepper extract." I tried Mad Dog CE on Ruffles Sour Cream chips. Strangely you could not taste the extract all...

    review Pyromania Sauce Review

Hey, I'm back with my second review. Today I will discuss Pyromania sauce. Pyromania is made by Garden Food, the same company who makes Endorphin Rush. The label is a yellow orange. Flavor is chipotle mostly with hints of black pepper, vinegar, and sugar. The chipotle taste is alright, but they...

hot-sauce Iguana Red Cayenne Pepper Sauce

This is my first out of many upcoming reviews. The Iguana Cayenne Pepper Sauce is the first Iguana Sauce produced. The consistency is very thin, almost watery. Flavor is I would say halfway between a Louisiana style sauce and a watered down tabasco sauce. It is much better than a sauce like say...

I want to say thank you everybody for the kind words. To answer the one question above my favorite sauce for everyday use is Cholul. I know it is not hot but its flavor is unique and wonderful.

    Mark from Florida

Hello everybody: My name is Mark and I live in Largo FLorida. I am 32 years of age. About 3 years ago I started getting interested in hot sauces. However I started out slow and went hotter. I first ate the taco bell sauces, then tabasco and the like. Next I bought a bottle of Dave's Insanity and...
