I would love to join the list, but I only have like 30 posts :'( I just got out of prison for 2 years, and lost all my 3-5 year old plants :'( I'm looking to get back started growing again this spring! I still have seeds from my old ghost, yellow brainstrain, carolina reaper, and some others.

I guess I was referring to the fertility which is all I use it for. I mix up a batch of Technaflora nutes and the meter reads "ideal" when submerged in the solution
edit: the solution is also supposed to be a pH of 6.2, which the meter also accurately reads. <_< I'd say it is a...
Start bottom watering. i.e. Use 2 cups. The top one should have a hole or holes in the bottom... add water to the bottom cup and let the water soak up through the medium. give it a nice soaking, then let it get pretty dry before you water them again.
UPDATE: The Bhut is coming along great! Hardened it off, it took quite a hit in a storm a couple weeks back, got it inside for the night since temps will be in the 40s <_< and it's flowering like CRAZY thanks to our good friend epsom salt.
almost the end of May and we've still been seeing LOW 40s at night here in Illinois! And then when it stays above 60 at night, it rains for 5 days straight... again... next week... oh well... my plants are LOVING being indoors with plenty of warmth and light... just definitely outgrowing their...
Definitely a slow grower. I got mine under 600W Metal Halide 82 degrees, 70% humidity 6.5 weeks since germination and they are just now getting their second pair of true leaves. Water from the bottom. I am very new to growing hot peppers as well, but I found that young plants don't like the...
I recently got put on probation, and I am still planning on having an indoor pepper garden, and I am going to make it look as shady as possible. Thinking about growing some CLEOME plants as well, just becuase it would be HILARIOUS!!!
That MiracleGro moisture control soil is VERY hydrophobic. I used it and have had nothing but FAILURES with it. It says it protects from over and underwatering, but It seems to repel water at first, then the next day is is BONE DRY. Everything I have tried to grow in it dies. Just my experience.
