I selected other for fermented, but perhaps that falls under pickled? idk?

Mostly guitars and drums now and dabble with the piano (my home toys), used to play low brass and timpani (both bass clef) from 5th grade to 12th.

I have been using my pressure cooker more frequently lately, last night I made a killer sausage chicken gumbo in it. I made it in about a quarter of the time it normally takes along with the prep and making the roux. First time making this in the cooker and now I will not make it any other way...

  By far, one of my personal favorites from him, its a great flavor but I am not sure that I could describe it. I can tell you it is definitely HOT  :fireball:
