Welcome! Im in North Texas and Reapers have been difficult for me as far as production. Start them early as mentioned before it takes a while. They have proven to be a difficult grow in containers so I have them in the ground this year. Lets see some pics of what you got so far
I have found that using frozen peppers seems to make my hot sauce a bit milder using the same ingredients. Fresh Scorpions will make a much hotter sauce in my process. the recipes given to you will work great. Good luck!
I have over 100 plants here in North Texas and the ones getting the most sun have a few spots like this. I believe it sun scald, as those 2 days were our hottest days yet with not much cloud cover.
