After playing around with some online calculators (GH flora calc and and ppm to ec converter) Im guessing that my ppm is around 1500 (2.14ec) so I probably could safely cut this solution strength in half. Could this high strength nute solution also be contributing to my excessive bud drop?

Thanks for the tips Toleman. I do keep the pH around 5.8 to 6.2 however I do not have an EC meter yet. I am using the suggested feeding schedule from GH. Right now I am following the bloom phase recommendations at 5ml-10ml-15ml/gal of grow,micro,bloom. I do mix it a little weaker than that...

Stop using the cheap blue air stones and get a good quality ceramic one. I bought some like this http://www.aquariumspecialty.com/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=139_268&products_id=1396 they are kind of expensive, but worth it imo.

I guess I an kind of late in the "season". Then again it doesn't really matter growing indoors. I almost burned this one to death, but it made a slow recovery and it is now just recently starting to take off. It is about a month old now... Hopefully this time I will do better than just one...

probably nuclear water (tybee bomb). heh jk, the the water is pretty bad around here, i'll check the ph. i did notice compaction with that soil thats why i mixed some perlite into it.

its not miracle gro ferts, its just the brand of the potting mix...the bag says its 0.10-0.05-0.05, still think that is too much? I just checked on the plants and the yellowing leaves are falling off, these are true leave not seed leaves

My seedlings arent looking as good as they were...any ideas why? Their gowth kind of slowed it seemed and leaves curling up and yellow. Sorry the pictures suck so bad. Growing in 2 parts miracle grow organic choice to 1 part perlite.

Thats what I was going to do, but further research I read that dwc is not as forgiving for a hydro noob as some other methods. ie root/stem rot and ph fluctuations as the system recirculates the water...

Has anyone ever tried these/even heard of them? Search google for "hempy buckets" and you will be linked to quite a few (mj) forums about this hydroponic growing method. This is one of the better, more complete threads that I have come across...
