Our galaxy IPA is hopped just 1lb per bbl   its our lowest hopped IPA

I ferment hot head, well, same stuff different producer, at 95 degrees   and as far as the hop variations and blending, thats just experience, some do work well more than others, you just gotta figure it out    

back at mispillion, i calculated our IBU for our session IPA at 35, not taking into account 4lbs of whirlpool hops in a 15bbl batch   got it tested at Dogfish Head, it was actually 64 ibus   so just that bit of WP hops netted me another 30 IBUs   i figured fuck it, lets save all those hops for...

I dont use a bittering charge at all for any of our IPAs

its a "ive never seen a brewery do this much sales for being open for 6 months and I am running out of beer and working 12 hours a day 7 days a week busy"    

So I am officially going to have to step away from Brewdowns   I just dont have the time, never really did, but yea, if anyone wants to ever send me a beer, im down to drink them, but we arent going to do full sanctioned throwdowns or any of that jazz
