Malty like one yeah. But super clean and crisp and not as sweet. I think I will actually raise the IBUs a tad in the next one too. Or at least a little more late hop.

I ferment hot head, well, same stuff different producer, at 95 degrees
 
and as far as the hop variations and blending, thats just experience, some do work well more than others, you just gotta figure it out
 
 
 
Yeah, I'll use a ferm wrap for it, because I remember you saying to get it up a bit or stick it outside, LOL ...
 
So far on my personal list of don't-use-too-much-dry, fuckin' Galaxy ...
