So what kind of wood were you smoking with? Applewood is my favorite by far. Hickory is second with Mesquite trailing a distant third.

I don't know about the rest of you but I love the taste of these peppers. So much so that I have decided to grow some myself. I'll be growing them indoors as the weather where I live isn't well suited for outdoor growing, but I'll get them out in the sunshine whenever possible. I look forward to...
