I'd flush your soil and let it dry out a bit and reduce your watering and feed every other time plant needs water.

Dint understand why pucker butt seeds take 1-2 weeks for delivery,especially inside the same country! They could step it up a notch.

You sure its Ocean Forest and not Happy Frog? Usually the OF has a lot more perlite in it.

Hold your hand above your plants and make sure you dont feel the heat from the lamp. Obviously the closer the better. Thats all i do with my 400 watt hps.
