Any help appreciate... I really like this plant and this is the third plants that got this disease (the last two so bad that after 4 months of fighting I let hem pass away..) this one I dont want to give it up so I hope I can get some help here.   I am in Perth and Temperature here is below 10C...

Thank you gentleman for the comments I have checked one of the leaf under the microscope and I can't find any bugs now..but the after match looks bad Do you know if the curled leafs will return to its normal shape once all the mites are gone? I am just wondering how to tell if the problem been...

can anyone tell me what are those "white hair" in the picture? are they normal?

The white hair doesn't look like POWDERY MILDEW to me because there is no white spot on the leafs They look the same as the picture in the link below: http://thehotpepper....are-these-bugs/

Can anyone help my 4 months old chilli plants? The leafs are all curling upward and a bit yellow, I feed them "Powerfeed" once a fortnight so I think nutrition deficiency is not the case? This morning I placed one of the leaf under my microscope and I am shocked (below are the 500x snap shots...
