hot-sauce A Melinda's related question for the gurus and chefs.

I've lost Buffalo Wild Wings Blazin' for my beef jerky. Looking around, I see these two. Can you tell me what the /flavor/ differences are here? I'll probably try them both anyway. Just asking.

flavor Which pepper do you find is the smokiest in taste...

Maras Biber, Allepo, and another. It may come back to me. John Ford was the supplier. Ahh. Found this. I am confident those are the three, reported as smoky.

flavor Which pepper do you find is the smokiest in taste...

FWIW I got 3 Turkish varieties to try out several years ago. All three were reported as having some level of smokiness. The single year I grew them, two varieties, way over half the pods succumbed to some fungus I guess. Pods got black and some holes. One variety was more resistant than the...

recipe-help Looking for copycat recipe for BWW Blazin' (the one that's cancelled)

WELL, it looks like some details got away from me. There were 4 Blazin's 1. Original Blazin' jalapeño puree habanero puree chili peppers lemon juice Worcestershire celery onion garlic source: 2. 2016 still "Blazin'" - added ghost peppers. It was tagged "Reformulated" on receipts. 3...

recipe-help Looking for copycat recipe for BWW Blazin' (the one that's cancelled)

Thanks so much. I am gonna file this recipe. Re: Blazin' I do have a label. EDIT: it says 2015, and ghost was added in 2016. But I think this must be what I am calling 2016 Blazin' with ghost. I did send off one attempt to communicate to the T.Marzetti Company listed at the bottom. That...

recipe-help Looking for copycat recipe for BWW Blazin' (the one that's cancelled)

That's pretty much it. I know it was primarily ghost pepper based, and am seeing some so called copycat recipes that don't even include ghost. I'd been using it for years in my beef jerky. Pretty sad about it TBH.

At this point I do not give a rats ass what your opinion is solid7, not because of content (however it is an issue in this case), but rather the way you present yourself and react. I kindly ask you to not participate in any more of my threads.

    plant-care Irrigation interval - 24 or 48?

Cool. I was wondering if you might be going to say sand. Anyway, FWIW I think the aggregate before the drain holes thing is to do with molecular adhesion hindering container drainage. For WHATEVER reason, with a layer of aggregate or more porous material at the bottom, one has the entire area of...

    plant-care Irrigation interval - 24 or 48?

My containers all have drainage holes around the perimeter on the bottom.   I still may not be understanding. I have not seen the effect described, and my containers are emptied each year. I could be wrong but I think PWT is a fancy way of saying the growing medium is waterlogged. I don't know...
