misc 007 Pot Red

Does anyone have any advice on what to do with some 007 Pot Reds I got a mystery seed pack from pepper joes and they identified the peppers that grew as 007 Pot Reds and I have no idea what to do with them

You can make hot sauce or powder, cook with them (7 Pots may make your food quite hot!😁) or maybe even try some straight off of the plant if you have a high tolerance. If you are not sure what you want to do, or you don't have something that you want to do right now, then I would suggest maybe making powder or flakes since it will keep for long time. Or you could just freeze a bunch of them for now, and then decide what you want to do with them later. Frozen peppers won't be crunchy anymore, but they will still be fine for cooking, making sauces, or for drying and making powder and flakes.
 
Nice haul @KLUP but their shape isn't ok. According to the creator (Butch T), most pods should be round and show inwards growth. Some may even hide a little pepper inside (hence the 007 name I guess). Here's a pic (from Bryan Townshend) of the seeked shape:
