I am making an Enchilada Lasagna tonight and I had a couple quick questions about substitutions
it calls for 2 dried Chipotle, I don't have those, would could I use instead? Maybe grill a jalapeno real quick?
and it calls for baking in a glass pan, I am wondering if the glass would distribute heat differently. Would using a disposable foil pan change the cooking time and temperature or effect it?
