You tell 'em! Duane's plants are all crammed into the garage now at night. I've had them outside today for some sun since it got up to 10C.
He's finally all caught up again on processing 125ml jars of AJ's concentrates, drying, and making ristras. All he has left at the moment is grinding for powders. I pickled a litre of pepperoncini and a mix of serrano/jaloro/jalapeno on Sunday. There are still TONS of peppers on his plants to harvest and figure out what to make. I'm starting to run out of ideas.
