4th year anniversary dinner!!

Me and my wife celebrated our 4th wedding anniversary last night!!! :dance: For dinner I made her scallops, roasted aspragus and carrots, and a baked onion. I made myself chile cheese dawgs!!!! (I'm on a diet, so this is HUGE for me)

Also, on your fourth year you are supposed to get fruit and flowers. So, I thought..... Edible Arrangement!! Yeah right, them jokers is expensive. Instead I made my own.

PS- just got a new camera so some of the pics didnt turn out right. Still learning!

The scallops look perfectly prepared with a nice crust on the outside.
Not sure what the hizzle you did with that onion but you need to post the procedure...... Lookin right from here!
Even on a diet I would have opted for the scallops, but ya got get yer crave on.
What ya got in the midlle of them pineapples?

To make the onion- scoop out a hole in the middle, put in a beef bouillon cube, cover that with butter, cover the butter with brown sugar and sprinkle some warchestershire sauce on top. Loosely wrap the onion in aluminum foil and bake 375 for 45-60 minutes. These things are awesome. :dance: The middle of the pineapple is cantaloupe.
