There is nothing anymore that is 95% There was a product called Alcohol 95 by Kittling Ridge apparently that needed a permit to purchase from the LCBO but it no longer exists. The highest alcohol content we can get now is Bacardi 151 75%
 
It's not the end of the world, I have always wanted to make a still.
