7 Pot Bubblegum

Hi guys,

i have seen a video on you tube on a guy trying a "bubble gum" 7 pot. the stem was also colored in red ????...
is that normal on that "variety"?

It's a Morouga crossed with a Yellow 7 Pod…that's it!!

and the STEM? does it chance color always?

The guy on the video was me, I was sent the peppers from a grower in London, UK.
Yes they are a morouga x yellow 7 pot, and they are by no means a stable variety! I have a few growing now, looking forward to seeing what the f2's turn out like. The name was purely made up for fun by the guy who crossed them, as he found them to be extra fruity taste wise.

They are very similar to a brainstrain although taste more like a morouga. I have never seen a stem turn so red before on any other pepper though.
Anyone have any ideas what causes this?
Got to be worth growing just to see that!
