7 Pot Cherry Sauce

Hola amigos!

I bring this simple but delicious recipe for hot sauce. Hope you like.

Quantities for 150cc:
1 seedless Sevenpot
8 Tomatitos Cherris toasted
2 tablespoons sugar (white or brown)
1 teaspoon dried onion
1 bay leaf (not processed)
1 sprig of rosemary (not processed)
1 sprig oregano
1 teaspoon salt
C / n vinegar
C / n lemon juice

Procedure:
Roast the tomatoes and cut in half.
Cut the peppers into quarters sevenpot.
Place in food processor all ingredients except bay leaves and rosemary.
Process until no distinguishable pieces.
Place all ingredients in a pot and boil for 20 minutes.
Remove bay leaf and rosemary and pour into a suitable container.

In this case I did not realize any pasteurization because I was going to use immediately.

The itching was intense, but the taste and smell too!

I really like the recipe! But I really dislike the brown bottle. :) I want to see the color of that awesome sauce!

Yes, you are right, later i will post a pic of the sauce so you can see color and consistency.

Thank for stoping here.

Nice. How did it taste?

Una exquisitez! Nice non-too-acid smell and a herb-tomato flavor. Hot? Yes, i try one tbl spoon of pure sauce and i get enchilado! :o ofcourse, all depends in the tolerance of anyone.

Next time i will do it with italian tomato (sweeter) and fresh onion instead dehidrates onion.
