7 Pot Jonah Yellow

I will be over wintering this plant and germinating more seeds in June
I want to grow it another season just to be sure...
I have had a fantastic season this year
with many new Varieties, Colour Varieties and some great Hybrids
i.e Butch T x 7pot/pod Primo and even a 7pot/pod Primo Yellow
some very large 7pot/pod Douglahs and ..........??????
Hahahaha, thanks Dave,
how about a few more;
7pot/pod Brain Strain x Naga Morich
7pot/pod Yellow x Bhut Jolokia Chocolate (this one is my favourite)
7pot/pod Long x Habanero Chocolate
....and there's still more, I was busy crossing alot of chillies last year
and a few members here gave me some interesting crosses also.

Sounds interesting for sure, Grant! You got some pictures of those too share with us also :drooling:

Have you seen his Yellow Primo X Yellow Bhut??? Everything else is child's play!

I'll try and start a new thread soon with all the hybrid ans new variety pics
WOW. How do you grow out so many crosses? Are you selectively breeding them or just growing a few of each

I try and grow 6 or more of each with some at the start f1 &f2
then I just select the best and grow 3 from them each generation,
so far I've been verrrry lucky, although the majority I have are still early stages f2, f3 & f4
I have a few f5 & f6 varieties

the last season I did so many crossings, thinking that some wouldn't take,
but I must have done something right as almost all of them took

We can open a new thread on it, but what is your method? I have seen a few ISO methods, and one or two crossing methods, but you are obviously a pro at it....
