7 pot sauce.

Hey all threw together a basic 7 pot sauce:

1/2 pound Yellow 7 pot Brain Strain
1 small package baby carrots.
2 Cloves of garlic.
1/2 large white onion
1 cup Newman's Own Lemonade
1 1/2 cups Apple Cider Vinigar
2 Tbls Sea Salt

Omm nom nom !

Enjoy ! I know I am with my grilled chicken, spinach, cucumber, and mushroom tacos !

Oh no first i cooked all non pepper ingredients to soften them them processed it with the peppers and cooked the whole lot, simmering for a good 25 / 30 mins.

Very nice! Great color and the addition of the Newman's sounds great! For your next batch make a citrus flavor such as tangerine. Goes great with chicken and shrimp!

Mandarins ,mango(the little yellow ones are awesome) , pineapple......with some sweet onions, or garlic...and you won't go wrong with
Yellow 7's.
