8 pepper mix spice.

I went over the dried peppers I grew and decided to throw a bunch together to make a powder to dispense :)
 
Turned out to have a nice body and a good thick heat, between a Thai and Habanero heat. Heat lingers a while.

The Secret to a tomato sauce is to add the stems, the flavour is in their :)
 
To each their own but a pepper stem adds a very unwanted grass flavor to me and I have a little experience ;) 
 
As for tomatoes and their stems, no thanks - my homemade sauces are perfect without them but I do have other secrets
