A bit late but Happy Birthday also to Spicefreak!

Thanks guys, really appreciate it. I was a little surprised not to see this sooner after getting a thread last year when I was still new but that would explain it THP.
 
Wiriwiri, my day was packed. From getting up and hitting the new(ish) local trampoline park with friends to winding down with my brand new Switch, with spending plenty of time with my family in between. My birthday dinner was litterally on fire and the sauce I used on my cake will be up for review in just a few weeks.
 
As for you Mike, that means a lot. I'll have the next blog post copied over in a moment specially.

BTW I know you are a fan of Indian food ..I just made some Tandoori chicken and naan..
Didn't make raita maybe tomorrow for left overs with roasted eggplant with shrimp..    .I tried a new recipe for the naan.
 
from a gal on the Food Network, Aarti Sequeira is her name...but used 1/2 wholewheat & 1/2 APF  and cooked on a
charcoal grill...the recipe is  on the web...consider it when you are doing Indian next time,if you don't have a recipe already ;)
