Hello Chile lover:

I am new to the site, and excited to participate. I started eating chiles in SE New Mexico as a child and have loved them my whole life. Of course, I am a devotee of New Mexico chiles (heirloom and commercial).

Recently, I have been enjoying a great deal of Aji-type and other South American chiles.I am glad to be a part of this online community of like minded taste lovers.
