I cant find any american companies that make some kind of ... puree machine and my blender doesnt cut it (lol) anymore, can anybody help?

salsalady said:Late to the discussion, but I think BlendTec is US made and will make chiles into puree. Depending on how thick you need, a blender may not be the machine. Look up "buffalo chopper". or other commercial grinder.
