A little help please, Hab plant problem.

Just wondering if you guys knew what seemed to be the problem with my Hab plants.

See those dead spots, what is it?

It looks a little like early stages of a nuit deficiency.

I'm having a similar, though worse problem with a Limon growing in hydro. The new leaves have turned compeletely white. A Thai Dragon showed some signs of it last week. I bought 5 pounds of 30-10-10 fert. Disolved a bit in a quart of water and have been misting the plants, plus misting them with some Epsom Salt water. The Thai is fantastically green, the Limon is slowly starting to come around.

Thanks Wiz, I was going to go out tomorrow and get some epsom salt. What fert did you get that was 30-10-10?

Millwork,

Azalea and Evergreen Food is what is on the can. A whole $4 for the five pounds. One tablespoon per gallon of water. I'm going to mix up a batch to use with my garden sprayer for my veggies.

Over-fertilizing can cause similar results, I only know because I am dealing with it right now.

My Red Savina had something similar but I never found out for sure what it was.

I had a plant that was Overwatered, Over Fed and wasnt hardened off enough...

Leaves are a total mess, and it started off looking like that.

Could be more than one thing First thing that comes to mind is sun scald.

I thought maybe N burn. But you'd know better. Have you been using a lot of ferts recently? Or none at all?

I believe I fertilized them over two weeks ago and not since. And, it never touches the leaves.
