My wife and I took a 2 hour (well the way she drives 1 1/2) drive to POTAWIE's.All I can say is pepper heaven..My little one got home from her sleep over and regrets not coming over shes now trying to make plans for next time hehehe..Those roasted marshmellows(yeah bad spelling) sound really good lol.It was a pleasure to be there and looking forward to the next time..Well I got a few pics including a pic of his 10 year old pup which is just a big suck

See? We need to have some regional chilehead meets.

Beer, chiles / peppers, hot sauces, and fun! We could organize a trip out to a restaurant that has good hot food..... Maybe cook up a batch at someone's house.... The fun would be endless!
 
I'm glad you had a good time Canuk and it was very nice to meet you and your wife. I'm happy I was finally able to find a jar of pickled scorpion peppers, the other ones were all pretty mild. Thanks too for getting me started early on the beer, I had a good afternoon and evening.
Hopefully next visit I will have more fresh peppers and hopefully your Daughter can make it. I'll post a pic when I can get imageshack to work properly.

Great pics. Potawie is only about 6 hours away from me and is one of the members that I've been dieing to meet in person, he seems too cool for skool! Maybe during the summer on a weekend I could make the treck up (that is, once I have a job....), but first things first, Jungle Jim's Weekend of Fire!
