Definitely one of my favorites. Crunchy and citrusy, not very spicy.

@JohnT @JAB Farms recommended a type to me called Aji Chinchi Amarillo, which I looked into and am growing this year. According to reviews, it's almost identical to Aji Amarillo, but with smaller fruit and a much earlier ripening time. If you are in Maine and interested in growing Aji Amarillo, maybe look into that one as well?
I need to try that seasoning!

I got pretty excited about this variety a couple years ago, grew one season then decided its not for me. I didnt like raw much but i havent found any baccatums i like raw so far so take that w a grain of salt. Makes interesting flavored low-medium heat powder but i didnt fall in love with it for any of my own typical uses/recipes. And it took sooooo long to ripen i didnt get a very good harvest.
Meh, smoke flavoring and pepper extract, nah.
