I got pretty excited about this variety a couple years ago, grew one season then decided its not for me. I didnt like raw much but i havent found any baccatums i like raw so far so take that w a grain of salt. Makes interesting flavored low-medium heat powder but i didnt fall in love with it for any of my own typical uses/recipes. And it took sooooo long to ripen i didnt get a very good harvest.
