I'm so excited! My Aji Chombo came today! I can't wait to save some seeds and make a Panamanian soup with the rest of the peppers.

Looking good, man. What exactly is an aji chambo? Sweet pepper crossed with a chile?

An aji chombo is a red congo/habanero type of C. chinense from Panama. Just as hot as a habanero too.
