Ah, fresh Scorpimon! Pretty sure it's just small and funny looking due to lack of sun. All the pods look like this. Only got about 10 all year. I dug it up and brought it in. Goes on the porch in March.

My C. Chinense Limón pods have had a diamond like shape in the past.

Is the plant growing in low light or in the shade?

Its an over winter that I brought to work. A runt that was grown without enough sun. Barley four hours per day until November when the leaves dropped from the trees.

Beautiful pods P. Dreadie!!! Aji Limon is one of my favorites. Mine are from Lazy Ox Farms in Missouri.
