Ah, fresh Scorpimon! Pretty sure it's just small and funny looking due to lack of sun. All the pods look like this. Only got about 10 all year. I dug it up and brought it in. Goes on the porch in March.

My C. Chinense Limón pods have had a diamond like shape in the past.

A photo of the entire plant would help.

Is the plant growing in low light or in the shade?

Its an over winter that I brought to work. A runt that was grown without enough sun. Barley four hours per day until November when the leaves dropped from the trees.
Here are a couple pics of the whole plant.

Don't judge a chile by its' winter pods! I get all kinds of wierd looking atypical pods from overwintered plants (during the winter and early spring).

Chewi in this photo is my Aji Limon on the left ... to the right are Trinidad Perfumes . Both are frozen ... I just happened to take a photo this morning for a cooking thread I hope to do today .... unless the beer wins out :party:
