making-powder Aji Pineapple/Lemon powder taste

I haven't tasted powder from either of these yet but I would like to know if they maintain their citrusy characteristics once dried and powdered?

Picking my first Aji Pineapple tomorrow can't wait to taste it

I picked up some Lemon Drop powder a while back. It's a unique flavour that's rather different from the fresh chilli but still has some citrus elements. Went well with morrocan food and made an excellent okra curry but was also just close enough to lemon to substitute for the fruit's juice in a honey apple upside-down cake.

I like the Aji Pineapple powder. It is a citrus kinda taste.

Stickman made some powder last year as well. He said he liked it as well.

I find the lemon drop retains more of the citrus flavour when dried and powdered compared to the pineapple. Lemon drop powder is one of my favourite things to sprinkle on seafood due to the citrus flavours.
