Hi People,
I hope im in the right place.
Is there a place for naming and shaming shonky sellers?

Had a search and didnt find anything, but this person has them on Ebay in Australia ???

Surely this is a scam ??
Wants $13.90 for 60 seeds
Just thought Id ask a question to the experts ?

It's true. There are White Bhut Jolokia's out there, however to be a "true" Bhut it seems that it must ripen red.
I am growing White and Purple "Bhuts".
 
I haven't found the specific item you mentioned, but there are certain things you should know:
1. There is a white-colored Bhut Jolokia, but I'm not sure of how stable it is.
2. Many NON-WHITE Jolokia-types start very pale green, near white. those chiles will eventually ripen to their final color that is in most cases red, and they are NOT WHITE BHUT JOLOKIAS.

The items I have seen on eBay are all using the same picture of pale, immature Jolokia-types. would not buy those seeds myself.
Also some members here may help you with you search of a white Bhut Jolokia.

I have the Purple Bhut seeds in the germinator, just wasnt sure about the Whites...
Just being cautious about Evil Bay, will seek them out elsewhere...

There is two sellers that I can see. One is 'smokinasschilli'. He is the member that was offering them here.
The other is jt176435, I'd maybe avoid that one as it looks like he just stole smokin's picture for his auction, so it's probably bullcrap!
I have some in from smokinasschilli, so hopefully it's all good and true.
