I plan on doing lacto-ferment on a lot of Jalapenos, and also a few quarts of Scotch Brains/Scotch Bonnets.

They went into the old Cuisinart blender and became ~ 1/2 gallon of mash.
 
In a few months we shall see how it turns out.
