Although I do love em hot....

Yesterday I had a slice of roasted green chili on my club sandwich and it remined me of how much I love a couple of the mild peppers also. A mile away is a grocery store that fire roasts chilis on sundays. I can get a weekly supply of fresh chilis for $1.25. I also love those sweet cherry peppers. My last visit to Pittsburgh I had a fantastic roast beef sandwich with those. This week I had a greek salad with slices of pepperccinis and would much rather have the peppers than the olives. And my garlic goatcheese dip just wouldn't be complete without diced red bells!!
