alma paprika pepper chips ??

My Alma peppers finally rippened ( 7 months ???).
I sliced and dried them in a 125 degree oven overnight.
Gotta say, they are the sweetest treats.. like peppery,
sweet potato chips, with just a little heat..
I was going to grind them up..but they went too fast...

Commercial potential perhaps, Pepper Chips..
maybe a mixed bag with some hotties as well?
