It's that time of year when I come out of lurch to say thanks to all THPer's for all their posts, I come here regularly to read an learn. I get lots of help and lots of ideas, so thank you all. Not many pictures this year as I don't think of the camera as a cooking utensil.
First day of cooking did 10 racks on the dehydrator and about 10 batches of sauce, mostly our old faithful,

Second day of cooking I madr some purees, another batch of yellow sauce and trying fermenting. I have lot of peppers this year but no jars to make sauces. I have tried fermenting in the past and have had no luck, (looks like same thing again this year. No bubbling and it is day 4). Not in pictures but 10 more racks in the dehydrator.

So today will be a great day here in southern Ontario, I will be out in the garden harvesting. Don't know what to do with all these peppers so maybe I'll just freeze them for now, SWMBO has already complained about all the peppers in the freezer from last year, so iwill have to deal with those while sneaking in more.
