annuum Annuum's with purple on leaves?

Heres a pic of my orange thai flower. Is this common for annuums to have purple on the leaves or is this a cross?

I don't know if common is the word, but yes - some annuums have purple on the petals.

Its not uncommon for certain annuums(usually ornamentals) to have purple petals but thai orange should have all white flowers
