Another First Timer growing peppers

I have grown all the peppers that you can get from your normal greenhouse before ( habaneros, jalapenos, hungarian wax etc.) This is the first year that I have gone from seed. I have a good assortment of super hots and some tomatoes.

Looks like your in for some goood heat this season, have you grown the yucatan white habaneros before?

I have never grown them. I am having extremely low germination rates. Im not sure why.

They do look like a smaller Habanero in the pictures. I think I purchased the seed from Tradewindsfruit.com. I am having low germination rates. though.
