food-bev Another Great Reason to have a Beer

Alright! another reason needed to drink beer... I want to get super healthy fast so I'm gonna pound this case of beer, and you just watch how healthy I'll become
 
Is 30 beers the amount of normal beers, like budweiser, you need to drink to get that health benefit? I would think it would be less for IPA's with the amount of hops that are used in those!
 
I have a feeling that if they were to compare the typical American Lager, ie Anything made by Budwiser, Coors, Miller, etc, to any good Craft Beer then there would be a good, measureable difference.
 
Another reason to have a beer... when your wife drops the glass lid to the crockpot and it shatters all over the kitchen including in your nice crockpot full of Johnsonville Beer Brats and homemade sauerkraut.
