First time using Louisiana fish fry co. Boil. Decent spice. Little heavy on clove (imho). My dumbass didn’t realize we didn’t have any sausage. Cut up a hot dog, and a couple slices of bologna. Youngest doesn’t like either one , but TORE IT UP!
