Another noob in the house

Hi from northern BC Canada,

I've been lurking for a couple weeks and have actually had a couple posts before being directed to the welcome page. mostly getting some advice on my first fermenting. Other than a batch of hot pepper jelly this is my first stab at home made stuff using peppers. I was lucky enough to visit the okanagon during the harvest and picked a ton of peppers. The freezer is currently full and I'm looking at ways to use them.

This forum is great for info and the folks have been great. I have got to get some pics uploaded to share.

Welcome aboard shipmate :) Have ya taken a gander at fermenting 101 would give it a good perusing. Lots of fantastic info. Best advice would be read read read :) and welcome again from Murrells Inlet SC.

Thanks for all the warm welcomes from the USA. My wife is from Missouri, so get down in that neck of the woods on occasion.
