Another overwinter question

I gonna overwinter around 20 plants, i cut them down and they are ready. But i gonna place them in a dark room around 16-19c. I will use a HPS lamp so the question is.
How should i set the timer. Is 1 hour per day enough or do they need more light ours? I dont want them to start grow as i have limited space in the room.
